Jamie Loving joined Blue Water Capital in 2000. In his role at Blue Water, Jamie oversees the back office operations of Blue Water and leads the accounting, human resource and information technology areas. In addition, Jamie oversees the investor communications including capital calls, distributions, tax returns and quarterly and annual reports. From an investment perspective, Loving uses his auditing and accounting experience to assist Blue Water’s portfolio companies in any way possible. Among the projects he has worked on for the portfolio companies are due diligence assignments for potential acquisitions, interviewing controller candidates, and selection of new accounting systems. Prior to joining Blue Water, Jamie was a Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, with six years of experience working with clients in a variety of fields, but focusing on high technology and start-up enterprises. Mr. Loving joined Arthur Andersen upon graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
